Abstract: According to the clear message from the Report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to build China into a country of innovators and cultivate a large number of world-class young scientists and engineers, as well as high-performing innovation teams. Innovation and entrepreneurship education system of higher vocational colleges should be further reformed to match with society demands of more quality and skilled workers. Based on the analysis of current status and problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education, this paper focuses on the mode of innovation and entrepreneurship education system in Higher Vocational College which based on on-and-off campus collaboration. This new mode provides references as improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education for higher vocational colleges.
