Exploration of Talent Training in Application-Oriented Universities from the Perspective of “Specialization and Innovation Integration”

Abstract: Applied talents with innovation and entrepreneurship ability are the direction of social demand. At present, most colleges and universities still focus on professional education. How to realize the application driven innovation and entrepreneurship ability training in professional education is an urgent problem to be solved in the current "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of "integration of expertise and innovation" education in applied universities, updates the talent training objectives and concepts, constructs the curriculum matrix of applied talent training from the perspective of "integration of expertise and innovation", as well as the practice system of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education in industrial engineering, and puts forward the construction method of "double qualified" teachers to continuously improve the consciousness of "learning, research, innovation and application".
