Research on the Teaching Mode of “Wushu + Professional Physical Fitness” Dual Ability Integration Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: This paper studies the teaching mode of "Wushu + professional physical fitness" dual ability integration course in higher vocational colleges through logical analysis, literature, mathematical statistics and questionnaire survey. The research shows that to innovate the teaching mode of Wushu Course in higher vocational colleges, we should first clearly understand the current situation of Wushu Course teaching in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, I investigated teachers, students and managers in higher vocational colleges, and tried to find out the problems existing in Wushu Teaching mode in higher vocational colleges through a large number of investigation, analysis and research, In view of the problems existing in the teaching mode of Wushu Course in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The research shows that the teaching mode of "Wushu + professional physical fitness" dual ability integration course in higher vocational colleges is studied, and a flipped classroom teaching mode based on hybrid learning is proposed. This model is more in line with students' behavior characteristics and development needs, conducive to the construction of knowledge system, stimulate students' creativity and imagination, and then realize the needs of Wushu Teaching in higher vocational colleges in the new era. It is expected that this study will provide a theoretical reference for the teaching mode of "Wushu + professional physical fitness" dual ability integration course in higher vocational colleges, to cultivate more excellent professional talents for the country.
