Project Teaching Reform and Implementation of Manufacturing Professional Courses that Meet the Job Needs of Enterprises

Abstract: With the proposal of Made in China 2025, China's manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards intelligent direction. In view of the differences between the traditional teaching mode and teaching content of manufacturing majors and the development needs of intelligent enterprises, the cultivated students cannot meet the job demands of intelligent manufacturing enterprises. This paper puts forward a project teaching reform method of manufacturing curriculum that meets the job demands of enterprises, and implements it in manufacturing specialty of a higher vocational college. The results show that the students' knowledge level, skill level and professional accomplishment have been improved significantly through the teaching reform, and they have good competitiveness in the field of employment, remarkable achievements have been made in teaching reform and certain promotion value.
