Abstract: Based on the research on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship mentors at home and abroad, and the relevant theories of educational psychology, humanistic management theory and human nature hypothesis Y theory, this paper investigates the problems existing in the investment of college entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship mentors and puts forward improvement measures. Establish systems from the aspects of the construction of mentor echelon, the reserve of mentor innovation and entrepreneurship theoretical knowledge, the construction of mentor psychological will, mentor ability training, mentor management assessment, mentor incentive and mentor evaluation, and establish the influence mechanism of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship mentors.
