Abstract: Under the background of deepening educational reform and deepening the integration of industry and education, the school running mode of school enterprise cooperation presents new characteristics of student management and education. The diversification of student management subjects requires that the management team must have the same objectives, learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's weaknesses, and form a management joint force. However, there are still problems in the school enterprise cooperation that the division of student management is not scientific enough, the student management team is not integrated enough, and the effect of student management is poor. Therefore, both sides of school enterprise cooperation should start from the current situation and existing problems of the student management team, improve the division of labor and cooperation system, form an improved assistance mechanism, build a trinity integration pattern, build a high-quality student management team and achieve the goal of co construction and education.
