Abstract: With the development of big data technology, big data has been applied in the employment guidance work of colleges and universities, providing a foundation for colleges and universities to achieve precise employment guidance. Based on the analysis of the challenges faced by China's current college employment guidance services and the advantages of big data in precise employment guidance, the article puts forward a path for precise employment guidance for college students under the background of big data, such as innovative construction concepts, enriching the connotation of employment guidance services, and expanding the field of precise employment, etc., in the hope of providing help for the precise employment guidance of colleges and universities.
