Explore the Construction and Development Path of Clinical Teaching Base under the Concept of Medical Education Coordination

Abstract: The talents training goal of medical education mode and does not match, teaching curriculum with the position requirements are students in the process of transforming to the doctor, both cohesion problems of psychiatry collaborative concept in order to a solid theoretical foundation for medical students, improve the quality of health personnel training, the education system and health system important focus of interdependence. By drawing lessons from the international teaching concept, this paper explores the construction path of teaching base and the effective mechanism for the steady development of the concept of medical education coordination from the aspects of the teaching mechanism of colleges and universities, the win-win principle of charge system, and the comprehensive improvement of soft and hard strength.
