Abstract: The talents training goal of medical education mode and does not match, teaching curriculum with the position requirements are students in the process of transforming to the doctor, both cohesion problems of psychiatry collaborative concept in order to a solid theoretical foundation for medical students, improve the quality of health personnel training, the education system and health system important focus of interdependence.
