Abstract: The theory of distributed leadership breaks through the traditional leadership theory, which only discusses the characteristics and behaviors of formal leaders. It has began to pay attention to the sharing and mobility of leadership functions, emphasizing the dynamic distribution of leadership functions and roles. Starting from the situation of student management, this paper tries to introduce the theory of distributed leadership into the student management model of counselors and explore the countermeasures of implementing distributed leadership in student management.
