Analysis of Vocational Ability Improvement Strategies of Electromechanical Professional Teachers in Vocational Colleges in Southern Guizhou under the Background of “Double High”

Abstract: Based on the background of “Double High”, this paper discusses the improvement of vocational ability of electromechanical professional teachers in vocational colleges in Southern Guizhou. First, it can enrich and perfect teaching methods and improve the effectiveness of teacher development. The second is to improve students' professional knowledge and skills, train qualified high-skilled applied talents for the service of regional economic development, and improve the employment rate of students. Based on the connotation of “Double High”, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the improvement of professional ability in the construction of teachers under the background of Double High, and proposes the training mode of constructing high-quality teacher team structure: Taking having rich practical experience or working experience as a prerequisite for teachers to enter the vocational colleges in Southern Guizhou, the effective mechanism for improving the professional ability of electromechanical teachers is put forward.
