Abstract: The education work of colleges and universities is a long-term and systematic project, which requires the coordination and cooperation of all parties in colleges and universities. Guided by the party's education policy in the new era, the development direction of higher education is closely combined with the realistic goal and future development direction of national development. College students as the future successors of socialist construction is the hope of the nation. It is of great significance to promote the application of "three-perfect" education in the management of college students in order to improve the efficiency of student management and the overall development of students.
