A Study on the Evaluation and Enhancement of College Students' Entrepreneurial Ability——Take the Beijing University of Technology as an Example

Abstract: This paper identifies the constitutive dimensions and characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial ability through a questionnaire survey of undergraduate students at Beijing Institute of Technology, and constructs a 6-dimensional evaluation model of college students' entrepreneurial ability. The quality iceberg theory was introduced to discuss the influence of major, grade, experience in entrepreneurship competition and knowledge of entrepreneurship policies and regulations on college students' entrepreneurship ability. Based on the dimensional composition and degree of influence of entrepreneurial ability, we improve the entrepreneurial education methods of colleges and universities, explore the deep entrepreneurial ability of college students, solve the practical problems of college students' entrepreneurial education, and help college students start their own businesses.
