Abstract: Employment is the last link of talent development in universities, and it is also an important indicator of the quality of talent development in universities. Through a questionnaire survey of more than 500 graduates from three universities, it is found that the employment mentality of college students is affected by the surrounding environment. This article analyzes that from the perspective of the group dynamics theory, by enhancing cohesion, constructing an employment community's all-member linkage mechanism; enhancing driving force, building an intelligent platform mechanism for the employment community; transforming dissipative power, building a long-term employment community management mechanism, etc. college student employment community.
