Abstract: The Chinese nation has a long and splendid and rich traditional sports culture. At the moment when it emphasizes the enhancement of "cultural confidence", it integrates traditional sports into physical education, so that it can cooperate with public physical education to cultivate students' interest in sports, which is to enhance sports. A good strategy for teaching quality is also in line with the general trend of the development of national sports culture. The article analyzes the current situation of students who are not involved in traditional sports, such as low interest in sports and low initiative to participate in sports, and proposes innovative teaching design, multi-faceted improvement of teachers' physical teaching ability, and innovative sports evaluation three paths, including assessment methods, are designed to make traditional sports and public sports classes work together to enhance students' interest in sports.
