Thoughts on Optimizing the Cultivation Path of Undergraduates' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Spirit in Applied Undergraduate Universities——Taking Huaihua University as an Example

Abstract: China's current top priority is development, and steady and rapid development is inseparable from high-quality talents. Cultivating innovative, entrepreneurial and comprehensive talents that meet the strategic needs of the country's science and technology powerhouse is an important task for applied undergraduate colleges in the new era. This study takes Huaihua University as the research object, summarizes and analyzes the cultivation path of the innovation and entrepreneurship spirit of Huaihua University students from the aspects of innovation entrepreneurship theory teaching, practical training, teacher team building, and supporting policies etc. A plan to optimize the path was proposed by combining with the new demand for talents in the new era.
