Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education has made rapid development under the promotion of the country, and now it is gradually connected to a new stage of refinement and stratification. This paper analyzes the new needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new stage of refinement and stratification, and explores the functions of the innovation and entrepreneurship education service platform of music colleges under the background of the new stage of refinement and stratification, including online courses, offline courses, weekly independent learning materials, innovation and entrepreneurship association, innovation and entrepreneurship competition, music industry resources, the policy of founding the college and credit. In order to integrate the concept of refinement and stratification to upgrade the service platform function, provide support for innovation and entrepreneurship education, and cultivate more innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
