Research on the Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Medical Colleges

Abstract: Under the background of accelerating the construction of an innovative country and promoting the healthy China plan, medical colleges must focus on the cultivation of innovative thinking and innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities in the training of talents. In the past, innovative and entrepreneurial education encouraged students to start businesses and promote employment is the goal, which is misaligned with actual demand. This article discusses the construction of a new model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in medical schools from four aspects: innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into the whole process of medical student training, innovation and entrepreneurship education integrated into medical professional courses, optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship courses, and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship training platforms.
