Exploration and Practice on the "Cascade" Training Path of Undergraduate Innovative Talents Guided by Scientific Research——Taking “Applied Chemistry” for Example

Abstract: Scientific guiding type "cascade" undergraduate innovative talent training path built through a systematic integration of at all levels policies and resources. Different practical teaching courses, activities, competitions were arranged in different grade level of the students to make effective cohesion, effectively improve the innovative talent training quality. After three years of practice, it has proved that the scientific research type guide undergraduate innovative talents "tiered" cultivation path is feasible, effective and has good popularization value.
