Abstract: Under the situation of accurate social division and more personalized undergraduates, the work for undergraduate employment guidance faces some new challenges. This paper investigates an important problem——how to apply the big data analysis techniques to provide more efficient and effective services of the career planning and employment guidance for the undergraduates, and then presents a feasible scheme to get the career willing of every undergraduate. Specifically, based on various data from the students' study, daily life and activity, one can employ data mining tools to fuse these data, which leads to an effective and clear user profile of the career willing of every undergraduate. Depending on this user profile, we can make more accurate guidance for three key parts of undergraduates' career planning.
