Abstract: In view of some security issues arising in the course of colleges and universities in recent years, this study attempts to college students' safety work redesign, full view full time period as a whole, multi-faceted management linkage system, namely "5 d linkage security system", from the safety education management of "five time, five kinds of content, five kinds of forms, five parties linkage, five guarantees" for five well the management, so as to realize the safety work of systemization, systematic and linkage.
