Research on Ways to Improve Students' Employment Competitiveness in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit

Abstract

Abstract: The topic of employment is a cliche, because it is related to the national economy and people's livelihood, so it is often mentioned and studied. How to improve the competitiveness of students, especially students in Higher Vocational colleges, when facing the employment problem is a profound topic worth exploring. At present, the employment form is severe and the employment pressure is still huge. To cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of vocational college students is an effective measure to improve their employment competitiveness.
