Abstract: Based on the questionnaire survey data of 905 young college students from 5 universities in Wuhu city, Anhui Province, multiple linear regression model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of current college students' entrepreneurial intention. It is found that the government's entrepreneurial policy, students' personality characteristics, human capital accumulation and objective entrepreneurial environment have important influence on college students' entrepreneurial intention. In the process of stimulating and cultivating the entrepreneurial intention of young college students, the government should start from the aspects of financial investment, tax preference, policy interpretation and simplification process. Colleges and universities should improve students' entrepreneurial ability from the aspects of entrepreneurial culture construction, the integration of entrepreneurial education and professional education, and entrepreneurial practice training.
