Research on the Strategy of "Five Essentials" to Improve the Ability of College Counselors' Heart to Heart Talk

Abstract: Counselors are the teachers who have the closest relationship with college students. Students will contact the counselor as soon as they encounter any problems in study or life. In order to be able to effectively help students and solve their practical problems and immediate interests, it is necessary for the counselor to fully understand the students' thoughts and current situation. Counselors need to communicate and communicate with students. There is no doubt that heart-to-heart conversation is one of the most effective and direct methods. This paper briefly discusses and analyzes the "three benefits" of counselors' heart to heart talk and the "three deficiencies" of college counselors' heart to heart talk, and puts forward the path "five essentials" strategies to improve counselors' heart-to-heart talk ability, hoping to play a certain reference role for counselors' practical work.
