Retrospective Analysis and Thinking on the Initial Employment of Clinical Pharmacy

Abstract

Abstract: We conducted statistical analysis on the initial employment rate, employment area, employment direction and attending graduate school in clinical pharmacy (including clinical pharmacy) of Guangxi Medical University. Based on the current curriculum system of our school and the experience of clinical pharmacy education abroad, this study aimed to analyze the degree of integration between our school's current teaching mode and actual employment situation, so as to carry out corresponding teaching reform, thereby cultivating high-quality clinical pharmacy professionals in line with the modern hospital pharmacy.
