Research on the Collaborative Education Strategy of Production-University-Research for Design Postgraduates in Ethnic Minority Areas

Abstract: Based on the demand of times for the innovative design talents, colleges and universities have widely adopted the mode of collaborative education between production, education and research. However, in terms of specific implementation, each has its own characteristics. The ethnic minority regions in China have profound cultural heritage, and the colleges and universities in their regions have more distinctive advantages in the training of innovative design talents. By integrating the cultural resources of ethnic minority areas into the design graduate training system, this paper discusses the collaborative education strategy of production, education and research to meet the needs of innovative talent training for design graduate students in ethnic minority areas, so as to promote the characteristic development of design disciplines in ethnic minority areas.
