Research and Practice of Improving Social Service Ability of Higher Vocational Teachers Based on “Collaborative Innovation”

Abstract: Starting from the concepts of “collaboration” and “collaborative innovation”, this paper holds that the collaboration between governments, universities, industries and enterprises is one of the important ways to improve the social service ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through a series of measures, including the construction of innovation platform and a variety of mechanism and system construction, scientific research projects, while attracting teachers’ participation and so on, the scientific research quality and social service ability of teachers have been significantly improved, and the connotation construction and development of higher vocational colleges have been boosted.
