Comments on the Teaching Research of Mental Health Course for College Students and Exploration of Action Research

Abstract: On the basis of combing the research results of the Chinese literary circles on the educational objectives, contents, methods and reforms of the mental health curriculum for college students, and based on the action research methods, this paper explores a small class full-scale mental health education model based on the multiple and complex professional background, which is implanted through the innovation of educational teaching ideas. The "service-learning" action agenda and general teaching topics have been set to take care of the urgent and fundamental problems of the mental health of college students, and preliminary results have been achieved, and the teaching objectives have been better achieved. However, its popularization and application depends on the further reform and perfection of higher education teaching mechanism.
