Instructional Design of Online and Offline Blended Learning Based on the First Principles of Instruction

Abstract: The key of instructional design for online and offline blended learning is to realize the organic integration of online and offline teaching elements. Based on the First Principles of Instruction, online and offline teaching are carried out in accordance with the five stages of "focusing on tasks, activating old knowledge, demonstrating new knowledge, trying to apply, and integrating", which can realize the mutual matching of online and offline teaching stages. The integration of online and offline teaching elements runs through the whole teaching process of five stages, fully considering the advantages of online and offline teaching.
