Abstract: In recent years, higher vocational colleges have taken practical innovation ability as an important training goal of higher vocational education in response to the call of Times for innovative talents and the call of national policies. In the process of leading students majoring in music performance in higher vocational colleges to do the "innovation and entrepreneurship" project, the author summarized constantly and reflected on some problems existing in the implementation of the "college students' entrepreneurship" activities in local higher vocational colleges. And based on the problems, explore team building, in cultivating high-quality "innovation and entrepreneurship" project, play an important role in cultivating excellent innovative talents, as well as, between colleges, teachers and students on the campus of every level, for students to form the project team should play a role of motility, perfect process, for the local higher vocational music performing professional "innovation and entrepreneurship" provide valuable experience.
