On the Training Strategy of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Innovation Driven

Abstract: Innovation driven development strategy is the inherent requirement of promoting the stable and sustainable development of the national economy in the new era. With innovation as the first driving force and talents as the first resource, the accumulation of strategic resources of science and technology and talents will be continuously increased, so as to provide a comprehensive guarantee for the improvement of the country's comprehensive national strength. Innovation driven is talent driven in essence. With the construction of innovative country as a national development strategy and comprehensively promoted and implemented, the lack of innovative talents has greatly restricted the achievement of this strategic goal. Colleges and universities are the main positions for cultivating talents. We must firmly grasp the key point of talent training, recognize the inseparable relationship between talents and innovation. Under the background of innovation driven, we should improve the mechanism, improve consciousness, optimize service and improve the system around the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and promote the overall development of talents with the support and assistance of national policies, meet the requirements of social construction for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
