Abstract: National University Mapping Skills Competition is an important display platform for undergraduate practical teaching achievements of Surveying and Mapping. It is also a distinguished gathering of practical skills exchange in national surveying and mapping colleges. This paper is based on the experience of the College of Surveying and Mapping of Wuhan University in organizing entries in recent years, summarizes the rules and key points of the National College surveying and mapping skills competition. From the aspects of setting up guidance team, selecting parameter players and implementing training plan introduces the implementation process of the training system, which includes three stages of school training, centralized training and pre-competition training.
