An Exploration and Research on the Mechanism of Intellectual Property Protection for College Students based on Koch's Evaluation Model

Abstract: The core of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate students' innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability, and realize the transformation from knowledge learning to ability application and quality improvement. Higher education institutions are the main positions of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training. In this paper, relying on the laboratory, to cultivate and enhance the awareness and ability of college students' intellectual property protection as the core, to "young instructor graduate undergraduate" ladder type innovation team and college students' innovation and entrepreneurship intellectual property service center as the way, to build a college students' intellectual property protection mechanism based on Koch evaluation model. Practice has proved that the intellectual property protection mechanism can effectively cultivate college students' intellectual property awareness and ability.
