Abstract: Shandong Youth College of Political Science, as the first university in Shandong Province to offer Spanish major, has delivered a large number of excellent Spanish professionals to the society. In recent years, a series of model explorations have been made on how to cultivate Spanish professional application-oriented talents: based on the local economic development, revise the talent training objectives based on the results oriented, establish the training characteristics of "Spanish + economy and trade", construct the professional curriculum system corresponding to the theory course and practice course, and set up professional innovation credits. It aims to cultivate the Belt and Road Initiative, and one to break the bottleneck of the training standard of Spanish talents and the specifications of employers. It is a positive tool for the society to cultivate high-quality Spanish professionals with high political quality and strong professional ability.
