Exploration on the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education into Professional Education of Local Application-Oriented Universities

Abstract: While innovation and entrepreneurship education helps local application-oriented universities to serve local construction, there is a disconnection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. This problem not only restricts the development of local application-oriented universities, but also restricts the demand for innovative talents in China. Based on the full analysis of the present situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the professional education, we put forward several feasible improvement measures, such as improving top-level design of universities, reforming curriculum system and course content, constructing teaching staff, launching practical activity. This paper provides reference for similar universities to realize the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.
