Abstract: The construction of ecological civilization in China is based on the thought of Marxist ecological civilization and innovates on the basis of the national conditions of our country. The construction of ecological civilization has profound significance of the times, and it is also a successful practice of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, especially after the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the practice of ecological civilization construction in China has become more and more abundant, and remarkable achievements have been made. But at the same time, we need to improve the ecological civilization education, especially in colleges and universities.
