Abstract: With the increasing number of college graduates year by year, the employment competition is also growing. It has become the focus of the current employment guidance work in Colleges and universities to enhance students' employment awareness, establish a correct concept of employment, cultivate students' employability, and give students diversified employment choices according to their individual needs. In this regard, to carry out "penetration, difference, accuracy, growth" drip irrigation employment service has become an important measure of college employment guidance. In view of this, on the basis of combing the relevant literature, this paper uses "Kite" to describe students. Through the analysis of the employment status and employment problems of college students, it puts forward targeted and feasible specific suggestions and measures. Through the efforts of students and teachers, it realizes drip irrigation employment service, so as to guide and help students to reasonably plan their own career planning and find suitable employment opportunities work, solve the problem of students' employment.
