Exploring the Practice of Subject Competition in Cultivating Students' Innovative Ability——Taking the Cultivation of Material Undergraduates in Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management as an Example

Abstract: In the process of cultivating innovative talents, subject competition, as an important carrier of cultivating innovative and practical talents, on the one hand effectively stimulates college students' innovative thinking and innovative ability, on the other hand, there are many problems in the development. This paper analyzes the current situation of the training of innovative talents by subject competition, and explores the training mode of material undergraduate focusing on professional learning and continuous training from the aspects of training system, construction of innovation practice base, construction of tutor team, normalization of subject competition and gradient training of student team, so as to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative ability in subject competition.
