Abstract: Since the convening of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the strong support of national policies, my country's economy has developed rapidly, and the construction of new agricultural sciences has also made some achievements, which has increased some rare opportunities for the cultivation of innovative talents in agricultural colleges and universities. Nowadays, the concept of higher education has undergone earth-shaking changes, and the traditional educational concept no longer meets the requirements of the development of education in the new era. Colleges and universities also pay more and more attention to the training and education of innovative talents. In order to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy and conform to the development trend of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the new training model of "·three fusions promoting teaching" has been favored by many colleges and universities, the implementation of this mode has also explored a feasible characteristic development path for the cultivation of innovative talents in local agricultural colleges and universities. Increase in local agricultural colleges and universities the cultivation of innovative talents, to drive the rapid transformation of modern agricultural development, promote the rural economy social development and accelerate the development of local agricultural colleges to realize the transformation has an irreplaceable role.
