Abstract: At present, the main problems of cell biology experiment teaching are that the content of experiment course has not kept pace with the times, the teaching methods are rigid, and the evaluation system is singular. In view of these problems, this paper makes some explorations, increasing the proportion of comprehensive design experiments; introducing diversified teaching methods, combining traditional teaching with multimedia; changing the assessment method and paying attention to process evaluation. Through these reforms, we hope to form a new teaching concept of student-centered design and carry out experimental teaching, and innovative experimental teaching mode based on students' all-round development, so as to cultivate and improve students' experimental design ability, experimental operation ability, ability of integrating theory with practice, and exploration and innovation ability.
