Abstract: Supply-side reform is a new type of social development mode formed in the social development of our country at present, and it is also an important measure to promote the development and progress of social economy. Under the background of supply-side reform, promoting the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" in the development of higher vocational students' education can improve the existing teaching level of higher vocational students and meet the implementation needs of higher vocational students' teaching work. In view of this, this paper probes into the cultivation of "craftsman spirit" of higher vocational students from the perspective of supply-side reform, mainly expounds the inherent meaning of cultivating and informing students' "craftsman spirit" from the perspective of supply-side reform, and trains higher vocational students from the perspective of supply-side reform. The significance and countermeasures of craftsman spirit are summarized in order to provide better help for the implementation of higher vocational students' teaching work.
