An Analysis of the Current Teaching Situation and Reform Path of College Career Planning Course under the Curriculum Ideological and Political Concept

Abstract: For a long time, there are many problems in the teaching of career planning course because of the absence of ideology and politics. The main manifestations are as follows: unclear value orientation, single teaching objective, lack of top-level design, weak teaching content, lack of teachers and teaching methods, inadequate course status and poor teaching effect. The teaching reform of ideological and political education in the course of career planning in colleges and universities needs to clarify the course objectives, enhance the actual effect of the course education, enrich the course system, optimize the top-level design of the course, clarify the "three relations", and improve the course teaching methods.
