The Significance and Measures of Labor Education at the Elementary Education Stage

Abstract: Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, which directly determines the labor spirit, labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors. In recent years, some young people don't cherish the fruits of labor, don't want to work, and can't work. The unique educational value of labor has been ignored to a certain extent, and labor education is being weakened. In view of this, starting from the significance, implementation status and existing problems of labor education in the stage of basic education, this paper puts forward the trinity of family, school and community labor education development path, so as to better realize labor education and promote students to form a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.
