Exploration and Research on E-Commerce Talent Training in the Big Data Era

Abstract: In the era of rapid development for big data, using big data technology to collect and analyze e-commerce related business data has become a new trend of e-commerce data application, and also puts forward new requirements for the post skills of e-commerce industry. At the same time, in order to meet the needs of e-commerce professionals in the era of big data, the training of e-commerce professionals in Colleges and universities should conform to the social needs, research and develop new training programs. Firstly, this paper analyzes the impact of big data on e-commerce; secondly, it analyzes the demand for e-commerce talents in the era of big data; finally, it explores the problems existing in the e-commerce talents training mode of colleges and universities in the era of big data, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the e-commerce talents training mode.
