Teaching Reform and Practice of Food Biochemistry based on OBE Concept

Abstract: As a core required course for food specialty, Food Biochemistry has strong theoretical and practical. In the traditional model of education, students are unable to put theoretical knowledge into practice, resulting in unsatisfactory teaching results. OBE is a concept of outcomes-based education, through exploring the teaching mode of food biochemistry, improvement of present teaching mothods, stimulates the students learning enthusiasm, realizes the students independent study, in order to achieve good teaching results, and satisfies the society to the talented persons demand.
