Abstract: The development speed of network technology is accelerating. In China's economic development, Internet technology has played an important role in promoting. In this process, Internet technology is combined with China's economy to achieve common development. The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the focus of the reform of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities. The overall entrepreneurial ability of Chinese college students is relatively lacking. Although they are exposed to the Internet every day, they do not understand the "Internet plus". In the process of training entrepreneurial talents, universities should make full use of the "Internet plus" environment to make innovations, so that students can master entrepreneurial skills and improve their entrepreneurial quality. To solve the problems in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities, targeted measures should be taken to make students have higher entrepreneurial ability. This paper focuses on the path of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Universities under the background of Internet plus.
