Abstract: Under the background of the rapid rise of college students' entrepreneurial team, the construction process of college students' entrepreneurship incubation base project team is full of challenges and opportunities. The author believes that we should start from four dimensions to build and manage the project team of college students' entrepreneurship incubation base, which are performance, incentive, distribution and constraint, and plan the construction system and management mechanism of college students' entrepreneurial team according to the characteristics of college students' entrepreneurial groups. This paper systematically and comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the project team construction process of college students' entrepreneurship incubation base, and formulates the management measures of the project team construction of college students' Entrepreneurship incubation base from four aspects, namely, setting up goals, strengthening communication; building learning team; building a perfect team building mechanism and integrating rich entrepreneurial resources.
