Abstract: The cultivation of undergraduates' innovative and entrepreneurial ability is one of the important dimensions of talent cultivation in universities. At present, various colleges and universities have introduced a variety of training measures based on teaching, competition and practice, which provide an important guarantee for cultivating students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. This article discusses a hierarchical, multi-dimensional, and open platform for fostering students' innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities under the guidance of class instructors. Through the integration of this model throughout the entire undergraduate stage, the originally isolated teaching, competition, and practice are organically integrated to promote the improvement of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and help students grow into talents.
