Abstract: College students need to learn cultural knowledge deeply in their campus life. They also need to enrich their cultural knowledge through other forms, expand their scope of knowledge, and complete the development of their interests and hobbies. The community is a basic platform. In order to ensure the smooth progress of all kinds of community activities, it is necessary to adjust the working mode of the community and explore innovative development paths in accordance with the needs of modern education development. In view of the current situation of student association management and the application of innovative mode, the author will combine practice to carry out a detailed discussion.
