Abstract: At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become an important breakthrough in the reform of higher education personnel training. The China International College Students' "Internet+" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition has also become an important carrier and platform for deepening the reform of college innovation and entrepreneurship education. By accurately grasping the value connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education under the background of “Internet +” competition, and clarifying the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education combined with competition and teaching, summarizes the practical exploration and enlightenment of relevant models in typical empirical universities, and then puts forward the build path of college students ' innovation and entrepreneurship education model combined with competition and teaching from the aspects of concept innovation, teaching innovation and practical innovation.
