Abstract: With the deepening of the comprehensive reform of "three complete education", the pattern of "great ideological and political education" is gradually forming. Under the background of the increasing number of college graduates and the increasingly severe employment situation, it is of great practical significance to better understand and use the concept of "three complete education" to serve college students with higher quality and fuller employment. Taking the software college of Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example, this paper explores the specific practices and experiences of the grass-roots colleges and departments in the construction of college students' employment guidance system from the perspective of "three complete education", so as to provide reference for college students' employment guidance teachers.
